Reported risk: Ottawa, July 23, 2013 - The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Your Healthy Choice Inc. are warning people with allergies to sesame not to consume the Your Healthy Choice brand Spicy Carrots described below. The affected product contains sesame which is not declared on the label. There has been one reported reaction associated with the consumption of this product. Consumption of this product may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to sesame.
