The firm has received about 40 reports of fires from the burners deteriorating and about 22 reports of the lids catching fire. The firm is aware of at least 21 minor injuries and 1 report of an eye injury requiring surgery. Health Canada has not received any reports of injuries or incidents related to the use of these grills.
