Reported risk: This recall involves Chadwick bunk beds. The wooden bunk beds were sold in white (model 1030), mission oak (models 1245 and 1589) and in a twin over full combination. All models were available with the option of either: a storage drawer, a trundle or nothing under the lower bunk. Hillsdale Furniture, Made in Vietnam and the model number appear on a label affixed to the inside of the bed rail or foot board. Hazards: The bunk bed's side mattress support rails can crack or break, posing a fall hazard.
