Reported risk: This recall involves H-E-Buddy kaleidoscopes. The recalled kaleidoscopes are made of red plastic, about 5 ¾ inches long and 2 inches in diameter and have "H-E-Buddy" on the barrel. Hazards: The end caps of the kaleidoscope can be removed and expose small parts that can come loose and pose a choking hazard to small children and internal components that pose a risk of laceration.
