Reported risk: The recalled supplement bottles are brown glass bottles that contain MegaFood One Daily Tablets. The product code and lot numbers are on the left side of the front label. Hazards: The packaging is not child-resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The supplement tablets inside the bottle contain iron, which can cause serious injury or death to young children if multiple tablets are ingested at once.
