Reported risk: This recall involves chair model numbers PC-095, PC-3, PC-7, and PC-9 that have an "open screw" drive or a "dual cover" screw drive and that were sold prior to September 2007. Screws that are fully covered (the "quad cover") are not subject to this recall; see picture. Hazards: The screw on the underside of the Perfect Chair recliner can cut or entangle children or pets.
