Hazards: The bunk beds do not have sufficient headboards, footboards, or guardrails and have gaps between parts of the upper bunk that could allow a child's body to pass through but not a child's head. These bunk beds pose a fall, entrapment, and strangulation hazard to children and violate the spacing requirements of the federal bunk bed safety standard.
