Reported risk: These wall mounts are used with flat screen LCD televisions. The recalled wall mounts are INIT models NT-TVM103 and NT-TVM104. The model numbers can be found on the UL sticker on the television interface. Hazards: The wall mount can crack when used with televisions 26 inches and larger or with televisions that include a DVD player. The television can then fall from the wall mount and pose a serious risk of injury to consumers standing nearby.
