Reported risk: This recall involves the Power Bolt Y-Frame Pitchback and Y-Frame Ultimate Pitchback. The products' Y-shaped metal frames have attached netting which will return a thrown ball to the user. The upper portion of the frame is adjustable to allow a variety of rebound angles. Hazards: The upper portion of the frame can collapse after both locking pins are removed, posing a laceration hazard.
