Reported risk: The recalled necklaces are multi-colored pendants shaped as hearts, crosses, moons, feet, stars, dolphins, shamrocks, teardrops, spiders, flip-flop sandals and butterflies that hang from a black cord. "Mood Necklace" is printed on the front of the packaging and Item #AP-R428 is printed on a sticker on the back of the packaging. Hazards: The recalled jewelry contains high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
