Reported risk: The recalled lighting fixtures are designed for areas that require low mounting heights and are used in parking garages, stairwells, entrances or aisles. The fixtures have a heavy-duty aluminum housing with either a white or a dark bronze finish and a glass lens. Their installed width is approximately 13 inches. The TGL and TGR series fixtures are not included in this recall, as these fixtures have a different mounting mechanism. Hazards: Two nuts in a mounting mechanism of these light fixtures were not attached. The fixture could detach, fall and possibly hit consumers.
