Reported risk: The product has a reflector behind the light bulb which can be manually removed from the product once the light bulb is removed. This could expose live wires to a person who manually removes the reflector, should the unit be plugged in and the power turned on. The product does not comply with section 4.11 of safety standard AS/NZS60598.2.4 and sections 8.2.1 and 8.2.3 of safety standard IEC 60598-1.
